Michelle has transformed my business, allowing me the TIME back in my day to open multiple other businesses. It's incredible what you can accomplish as an entrepreneur when you have TIME.
Michelle automated critical elements of my business so that I could focus on...growing the business. And then other businesses by employing the same tactics. The hours I used to spend on mundane tasks have morphed into availability for income producing growth.
You don't know what you don't know.
Let Michelle open you mind to more.
Hey! I'm a Massachusetts original, adulted in Northern California for over a decade and now live in South Florida with my husband and 3 kiddos - 6 years old and under.
I love wine, wellness and creating simple systems using tech that make me and my members more productive.
I've been building simple automations for myself, small business and self-employed businesses since 2013.
Back then I was living in San Francisco and decided to use my hotel event sales background in the Tech Field and landed a role in the Accounting Software space.
As a Corporate Sales professional one of the things that allowed me to convert more of my potential clients and have them stick around longer was by focusing on educating them on how the tech systems they were already using integrated with my accounting software. Integration between these systems meant lots of automation benefits - so the business owners adopting this tech could work smarter not harder and that meant doing a lot less manual work.
Because of this strategy, on 3 different occasions the company had to change the comp plan because I blew them so far out of the water they couldn't afford to keep paying me like that.
I share that story - not because I’m some big sales guru but because it’s proof of the value of time for a business owner. I had huge amounts of people signing up for accounting software not because I just happen to have the accounting software they needed for tax time - what I gave them was a way to get time back in their days.
The story doesn't end here though, because of my success I was given the opportunity to create my own promotion and in that National Director of Sales role my job was to identify technology stacks and partnerships that automated processes for specific business types. The most notable tech stack (which was the biggest deal the company had done at the time) was helping farmers automate their systems from field to farm to office. Literally tractor counting corn - info automatically copying into inventory - price pulling from the co-op - accounts receivable in accounting. It was beautiful.
In 2018 I started in network marketing after I bowed out of corporate to be the full time at home parent. I quickly learned that network marketing and a lot of other affiliate style opportunities barely used tech or automation in their businesses. So I created my own - having done it so many times before and doing so helped me get to the top 10% of my network marketing company.
It was at that point that I realized that I needed to get back to doing what I loved. So I pivoted in 2022 so I could help network marketing and direct sales leaders create the systems, implement simple technology and leverage the benefits of automation to start, grow and scale their businesses.
